I'm hosting a Pro Makeup Class in St. Louis this year and this will be one of the looks I demonstrate. You'll be able to purchase tickets online in the next couple months so stay tuned! ☺︎ I'm always testing new things but I've listed some of the key products and tools I keep in stock at all times.

2016 Glam

Working with the beautiful Sophia Tatum last month in LA: I was inspired by the shape and color of her eyes, making it the focus of the look. Here's some of the key products I used to create it...

∙ABH // single shadows caramel, sienna, red earth, noir
∙MAC // pigment tan
∙INGLOT // gel liner 77

I wanted her eyes to be the main focus for this look. I started by buffing matte ABH shadows in her crease, transitioning from the lightest shade to the darkest. So I started with caramel and ended with noir. Using multiple shades can help assure you get a seamless blend. I then wet my brush with MAC fix + and packed the pigment on her lid keeping the connection with her crease very clean and neat. I buffed all four ABH shadows on her lower lash line in the same order as the crease. It has the same effect. I added a little becca champagne pop to highlight her tear duct and finished the look using inglot gel liner + a MAC 210 brush on her lash line and waterline, followed with lots of mascara.

∙ELCIE // micro silque foundation
∙KEVYN AUCOIN // sensual skin enhancer
∙BECCA // shimmering skin perfecter champagne pop
∙MAC // fix +

After prepping her skin and applying elcie micro silque foundation, I used a MAC 288 brush to apply kevyn aucoin's skin enhancer under her eyes in an upside down triangular shape. I love this product to do anything from subtly highlight to fully conceal. I used a damp beauty blender to blend outward towards the temples. I warmed up her face with matte bronzer, added a generous amount of champagne pop to highlight her cheekbones and finished with MAC fix +.

∙COLOURED RAINE // matte lip paint sugar

To finish the look, I went with this matte nude with a pink undertone. I thought the pink hue would really complement her eye color.
